Does a 'Sold' listing show the final sale price?

Many businesses are sold under confidentiality agreements, and the headline price isn’t always the full picture, sales are often structured with SAV (stock at valuation) and apportioned between the property itself, fixtures and fittings, and goodwill. Where a freehold has sold, you can usually get a good indication of the price by checking the Land Registry once the entry has been updated.
