We are extremely pleased to announce that Lyn Milligan is coming out of retirement and working with Charles Darrow in the leisure & hospitality part of the commercial sales sector in South Devon.

Lyn has spent most of her career in sales with nearly thirty years in property, breaking into residential estate agency and running several branches for a large corporate, followed by setting up as an independent, with her own Lettings Agency.  Most recently Lyn owned and ran her own commercial sales agency, BusinessXchange, selling around 60 bed & breakfast businesses amongst others, predominantly in Torbay.

Before BusinessXchange Lyn owned and ran her own Guest House, in Torquay, turning it from Zero to Hero, and giving her the first-hand knowledge of the business
