James Sanders Associate Director

James joined Charles Darrow in January 2015 as a graduate with nearly three years post-university experience in property management and renovation. Having worked on a number of property projects, James combines his business sense with a practical understanding of what it takes to make a venture successful. He is passionate about the South West and has a sound knowledge of the local area with a keen interest in Business and Commercial property which has seen swift progression to becoming a key member of team.

James has helped build Charles Darrow’s extensive portfolio by taking instructions on a range of cafés, coffee shops, tea rooms, restaurants and leisure opportunities including campsites/holiday parks, whilst also managing Charles Darrow’s commercial stock. James was made an Associate Director in 2018, reflecting his outstanding work and superb client feedback.

James is also responsible for social media marketing and development and enjoys engaging with business associates, clients and colleagues to share updates and information.

Outside work James is a keen golfer and squash player, enjoys travelling and making the most of the Devon countryside.
