In accordance with government guidelines we ask that you read the important points below relating to several aspects of our working policy.

Conducting Viewings in response to Covid-19

Our primary concerns are the safety of our clients and staff, if you have any questions about our viewing policy please get in touch with either Jon Clyne or Paul Heather.

  • Please confirm whether anyone attending has shown or is showing symptoms of Covid-19 or has been asked to self-isolate
  • Viewings will operate using an appointment system only. We will confirm the arrival time and stress it is essential you arrive promptly for your appointment as we will not be able to accommodate late arrivals
  • On vacant properties, we will allow 10 minutes inside the property
  • On business properties (that are trading) you will be allowed longer, and will meet directly with the owner – please remember to keep the initial meeting as brief as possible as additional meetings can be arranged following a period of due diligence
  • A maximum of 2 people from the same household may attend the viewing.
  • We ask clients to view properties virtually (whether this be by undertaking a drive-by, utilising google maps or video photography) in the first instance and only physically inspect properties they have a strong interest in.
  • On physical viewings we require all parties maintain a minimum of 2 meters distance from others at all times
  • As a courtesy to our staff and clients we will ask you to wear a face covering while you are inside the property, please bring this with you. Our staff will wear a face covering and gloves; they may also carry hand sanitizer and wipes, but it is your responsibility to bring with you appropriate protection for you and us. Failure to not have appropriate PPE will mean you will not be allowed to view.

Please confirm you have read and understand the above.

Thank you for your co-operation.
